| Create a new layer and create add some text. You can use the settings shown below or your own, but make sure the make the text center alligned. |

| Click on frame 5 of layer 1 and add some frames F5. Click on frame 2 of layer 2 and create a key frame F6 |

| Change the text of frame 2 to the name of another section. I've used portfolio. Create a key frame at frames 3 & 4 of layer 2 and change the text on these to two other sections. |

| Go back to the main timeline, click on the content MC and, from the properties panel, give it the instance name "content". |
