| This is the 2nd part of this flash tutorial. Next, convert the star graphic to a new MC (movieclip symbol) called "star", making sure to put the registration point in the center (cirlced in red). |

| Convert the MC into another MC called starMc. |

| Go into starMC |

| Step 7. |
| Click on frame 7 of the timeline, and create a key frame. |

| Click on frame one again. Then reduce the "star" mc to 50% in size (22 pixels), and place it at -11 on the X & Y axis. |

| Right click on a frame inbetween 1 and 7 and choose "create motion tween" |

| Next click on frame 14 |

| Step 11. |
| Create a key frame and then reduce the star to 50% again. |

| Create a 2nd motion tween. |
