| This is the 3rd part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, make selection using the path, fill the layer with blue (0CA1D2) and then use a rectangular selection to make within the header boundaries. Duplicate the curved layer, make a selection using it and then fill it with a darker blue (0F8198). Place it below the light blue original and then duplicate it twice more, placing them in the main content area for now. Move one of them, as shown in image b), and decrease it's width to 93%, using the transform (edit > transform > scale) tool. Delete the bottom area with the erase (image c). |

| Take another one of the duplicates, placing it like in image a), rotated by 10 degrees. Take the last one and rotate it by -160 degrees (image b), Cut the bottom part, using layer via cut, and then delete the top part (image c) |
