| Start off by making a new photoshop document, with dimensions of 750x500 and a black background. Use the polygonal lasso tool to create the white, shown in image a), on a new layer. Duplicate the layer, flip it horizontally (edit > transform > flip horizontal) and then move it over to the right, as shown in image b). |

| Next create a light grey rounded rectangle, with a radius of 10. Use the rectangular marquee to copy (layer via copy) the top part of the rounded rectangle. |
