| This is the final part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, create a new layer and make a selection using the elliptical marquee tool. Make a radial gradient, using bright green (1FFFC3) for the foreground color and a darker tone (00795E) for the background color. Make a smaller selection in the middle and then delete the area, create ring. Adjust the levels (image > adjustments > levels) to the settings shown when clicking on image c). Now change the blending mode of the layer to overlay. |

| Duplicate the layer and move it to the bottom right. Make couple more duplicates, scaling them donw using the transform tool. |

| Create a selection in the hole of the first ring, by clicking on it with the magic wand tool. Contract (select > modify > contract) the selection by 3 pixels and then create a new layer. Create a new radial gradient using light blue (2BD6FF) for the foreground color and dark (001549) for the background. Zoom in to 200% magnification. |

| Create a small selection in the center and then delete it so only a glow is left of the lighter blue. Adjust the levels (image b), zoom out again and then change the blending mode of the layer to "Color Dodge" (image c). |
