Step 3.
This is the 2nd part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, use the rectangular marquee to the make the green gradient level with the blue ones. Make a new layer and then fill the long thing selection (image b) with a very light green (E0F7F3). Make a larger selection below it and fill it with a light grey (FBFBFB), for the content area (image c).

Step 4.
Zoom in to 500% and create a thin blue (CAE1ED) side border on the left hand side (image d), duplicate it and move it over to the other side. Next, add a logo. To create this one i've used Arial Black 26 pt, sharp, and a tracking of 50. Create a white circle and contract (select > modify > contract) the selection by 2 pixels. Create a linear gradient, using FEE497 for the foreground and F5D268 for the background. For the second circle, use FDF8A3 for the foreground and F4EB5D for the background.

Step 5.
Create the second circle, using FDF8A3 for the foreground and F4EB5D for the background. For the menu text use the settings in image b) and create a drop shadow using the settings in image c).
