Step 9.
This is part 3 of this Photoshop tutorial, where we will create the red curvy shape. Create a new layer above the black layer, that we create in the previous step. Create a new path layer and use the pen tool to create a curve, as shown in the image below. Drag the right sided segment, of the directional line to the center. This will prevent the next curve from mirroring the 1st curve automatically.

Step 10.
Create a a2nd curve, as shown below and do the same with the directional line.

Step 11.
Create a straight line for the 3rd curve.

Step 12.
Rejoin the the end to the start of the path and make a selection using it. Fill the layer, that we create at the start of this part, with red (98260F)

Step 13.
Duplicate the layer change the color (image > adjustments > hue / saturation), using these settings, and then nudge the duplicate the left.

Step 14.
Use a selection of the original shape to cut (layer via cut) the duplicate, deleting the area outside of the selection.

Step 15.
Now create an oval selection over the duplicate and change the color (image > adjustments > hue /saturation), using these settings.

Step 16.
Create a 2nd oval selection over the duplicate and change the color , using these settings.

Step 17.
Merge the original and duplicate of the shapes, into a single layer. Duplicate the layer and move it to the left, as shown below.
