To start make a new Photoshop document with dimensions of 250x160 with a black background. Make some large peach (D1AEA3) text, using Arial Black/ 150pt /sharp. Make selection using the text (select > load selection

Expand (select > modify > expand) the selection by 5 pixels and fill a new layer, below the text, with a dark red (643B3B).
