Step 4.

This is the 2nd part of this Photoshop tutorial to create a blueGlow Layout. Next, select the gradient tool, set it to linear gradient and then go to the gradient editor.

 

Create 5 sliders set as the following:

location: 9%, color: 002557

location: 27%, color: C7F0FF

location: 45%, color: 2490B4

location: 77%, color: 08314F

location: 100%, color: 002A61

 
Step 5.
Once you've set the gradient, make a circular selection and then create a new layer. Drag the gradient tool from the center to the bottom of the selection (image a). Duplicate the layer and set it's blending mode to overlay. Merge the 2 layers together and then set the new layer's belnding mode to "screen".

Step 6.
Leave the layer in the corner of the canvas, duplicate it and drag to the center, at the bottom of the header. Create a selection in the center of the duplicate, and then delete the selected area, as shown in the image below. Then go to Blue Layout Photoshop Tutorial Part 3
