| This is the 3rd part of this Photoshop tutorial to create a blueGlow Layout. Now that you have a ring like shape, duplicate it 4 times and poistion it like in image b). Duplicate the shape that we left in the top right corner, set its blending mode to screen, place it in the center of the hoops and then expand (edit > transform > scale) it to 130% (image c). |

| Duplicate the layer about times, nudging them left and right of the center to achieve the effect shown in image c). |

| Drag over the orginal, from the top right hand corner, placing it in the center and on top of all the layers. Use a circular slection to cut out the part shown in image c). |
