Step 11.
This is the 4th part of this Photoshop tutorial to create a blueGlow Layout. Duplicate the center, shaded ring, and then reduce it to 20% in size. Place the smaller version, like in image b), setting it's blending mode to overlay. Then duplicate it several times in a circular formation (image c).

Step 12.
Make another copy of the center ring, placing it below the other layers, like in image b), and then decrease it's size to 70%. Zoom in to 500% and create a white cross, with each line being a pixel wide.

Step 13.
Duplciate the cross and the rotate (edit > transform > rotate), as shown in image a). Make a new layer, and, while still zoomed in at 500%, create a circular selection. Use the radial gradient to create a ball like object, using E3E3E3 for the foreground and 070F11 for the background. Zoom out and then set this new shape to have a blending mode of color dodge (image c).

Step 14.
Duplicate the glowing shapes a few times, forming an arc either side of the central creation. Next go to Blue Layout Photoshop Tutorial Part 5
