| Make the eyelid using stoke path and then another pupil. |

| Create a curve for his ear and mouth using 2 new paths. |
|
|
|
|
| Next create the a new path for his collar. |
|
|

| Make a selection out of the path and then fill it with black. Contract the selection by 1 pixel and then fill it with red.. Then go to Brian Photoshop Tutorial Part 4 |
