Step 4.
This is the 2nd part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, duplicate the button a few times and merge them all into a single layer, apart from the background layer. Duplicate the merged buttons, so that you now have two.
 
Step 5.
Apply a "pattern overlay" layer style (layer > layer style > pattern overlay) to the top buttons layer. Click on the arrow and choose "Nature Patterns" from the menu. Choose the "Ivy Leaves" pattern.

Step 6.
After apply the settings above, you should have something like the image below.
Step 7.
Change the blending mode of the top button layer to "Multiply", from the layers panel, and reduce it's opacity to 75%.
