This is part 2 of the Photoshop tutorial to draw cartman. Next create, on a new layer, make a white oval shape using the elliptical marquee tool. Then use the transform tool to rotate the oval (edit > transform > rotate). Duplicate the 1st eye layer, and then flip it horizontally (edit > transform > flip horizontal) |

| Zoom in to 400% and create a small black circle on a new layer. Duplicate it and move it over to the other eye. Next, create the 1st eyebrow using the polygonal lasso tool, filling the selection with black. Create a small curve on a new path. ake sure you have the brush tool set to "hard round 1 pixel" and then right click on the path in the path panel. Use "stroke path" to convert the path to a stroke. |

| So, now that you've created the mouth, use the same techniques to create the chin lines, but this time use a lighter grey instead of black. |
