Step 9.

This is part 3 of the Photoshop tutorial to draw Cartman. Nextm, on a new path and layer, use the pen tool to create the top part of his hat.

It doesn't have to be perfect, so just create a few curves, and then fill a selection of it with yellow.

Step 11.

Next, we're going to create his body, so on another new layer and path, start off by create a line across his face (right to left). Make a surve for his left shoulder (b) and then his arm (c).

Continue to create a body path, as shown in the images below.
