| This is the 4th part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, we're going to duplicate both states of the 1st light. First merge each set (layer > merge layer set), leaving you with 2 layers (1a & 1b) and then duplicate both layers (image b). Move the duplicate layer to the bottom, in the layers panel (image c). |

| |
| Name the duplicates 2a & 2b and then link them together, so that you can move them both at the same time. Flip the 2 layers vetically (edit > transform > flip vertical), moving it belore the 1st light. Increase the hue, of layers 2a & 2b, by 50, by going to image > adjustments > hue saturation. You should now have a yellow light (image c). |

| We're going to create a total of 6 lights in this tutorial, but first we'll create the wire so that we can place the lights along it. So, make a new layer path and then use the pen tool to create the path shown in the images below.. |

| |
| |
| Set the the brush size to 12, the foreground color to dark green (437700) and the stroke the path on a ew layer (image a). Make a selection of the path, feather anc contract it by 3 and then fill it witha lighter green (70C400). |
