| This is the 2nd part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, we're going to create the confettie effect. The brush panel contains many settings which you can use to create a wide variety of effects. For this we're going to use a size 13 brush, set the brush tip shape, shape dynamics, scattering, duel brush, color dynamics. Set the foreground color to orange (DF7300) and the background color red (FFAB32). Create a new layer and start to drag the brush along the text as if you were drawing it. Change the blending mode of the layer color burn and reduce it's opacity to 70%. |

| Use the brush around the text on the black background. Lastly, make a selection using the outer area of the text and create a new layer. Change the foreground color to bright yellow (FDFF5E) and the background color to orange (FFAB32). Start to use the brush on the area inside the selection. |
