| Start off by making a new photoshop document with dimensions of 550w x 480h and a white background. Choose the rounded rectangle shape tool, setting the radius to 10, and then create a large blue (ABE2FF) rectangle. Next, on new layer, use the polygonal lasso tool to create a darker blue (9BDCFF), diagonal strip, as shown in image a. Duplicate the strip multiple times, spreading them across the whole ducument. Make a selection of the light blue rectangle, by holding down the Ctr key and then clickong on its layer in the layers panel, with the left mouse button. Use the selection to cut (layer via cut) the strips. |
