| First of all, make a new Photoshop document, with dimensions of 260x190 and a light blue background. Use the rectangle tool to create an aqua (ADF3EC) colored rounded rectangle , with a radius of 7. Use the rectangle to make a selection (select > load selection). Expand the selection (Select > Modify > Expand) by 3 pixels, and fill a new layer below with a darker color (A8CACF) |

| Make a selection using the original rounded rectangle, and fill a new layer with (66ADB1). Feather (Select > Feather) the selection by 5 and then contract ( select > modify > contract) it 5, and delete the selected area. You should now have something like (b) |
