For the button text I've used Verdana, Bold, 12pt.

To create the shadow go to Layer > Layer Style > Drop Shadow and then enter the values seen below. |

Repeat the process for the remaining text.

To create the section backgrounds, make a new layer and then choose the Rectangular Marquee Tool again. Create a light grey (F3F3F3) rectangle

At the top of each section there is a subtle gradient. To make this keep the light grey as your foreground and choose a slightly darker grey for the background color. Make a new layer and create a selection. Choose the Gradient Tool and then drag up within the selection.

Next, add your text. I've used 69BB40, Verdana, 18pt, Bold for the header text, 1682BF, Verdana 12 Bold for the sub-heading and for the body text I've used 767676 color, Verdana, 10, normal.

Now you can add some more sections below.

And then some section to the right.

Lastly, for the border, create a new layer above everything else, and the fill it with a light grey (BFBFBF). Make a selection and delete all but the 1 pixel thick outline, and hopefully you will have finally finished your corporate layout!
