| Start of by making a new photoshop document, with dimensions of 300x300 and a black background. Zoom in to 200%, make a new layer and then use the polygonal lasso tool to create the shape shown in image a). Set the foreground to light green (AAEB93) and the background to a darer green (217F00). Choose the gradient tool and the drag the distance and direction of the red arrow, creating a linear gradient. Zoom out again, duplicate the shape and then flip it vertically (edit > transform > flip vertical), as shown in image b). Make a copy of the first shape and then use the transform tool to rotate it in line with the 2nd shape (image c). |
