| This tutorial will show you how to create a dirty text effect using Photoshop. |

| Start off by making a new photoshop document with dimension of 470w x 230h. On a new layer make large grey rectangle and then apply Craquelure (filter > texture > craquelure). Choose 81 for crack spacing, 2 for crack depth, and 8 for crack brightness. |

| Next add noise (filter > noise > add noise), enter 3.5% and gaussian. Use Dry brush (filter > artistic > dry brush) setting brush size to 7, brush detail to 0 and texture to 1. |
