Step 4.

This is part 3 of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, create a circular selection with the elliptical marquee tool and then make a new layer. Create a radial gradient, by dragging the distance and direction of the red arrow (image a).

Step 5.

Create a rectangular selection to delete the bottom half of the gradient.

Step 6.

Make another selection, covering a 1 pixel high section at the bottom, and then reduxe the lightness (image > adjustments > hue saturation) to -20. Next go to <Part 3 > of this Photoshop tutorial.
