| This Photoshop tutorial will show you how to draw a screw. You can see the result in the image below. |

| To start off, make a new Photoshop document with dimensions of 200x200, with a dark background. Choose the gradient tool, set the foreground color to light grey (E1E1E1) and the background to a dark grey (727272). Zoom in to 600%, create a selection and then drag from the center of the selection to creage a reflected gradient (image a), on a new layer. Create a selection to delete a pixel wide segment at the top of either side, like in image b). Do the same at the bottom (image c), using a shorter selection. |
