This is part 2 of the Photoshop tutorial to draw a knife. Add a new layer and then use the polygonal lasso tool to create the light grey shape shown in image a). With the selection still active, make another new layer and then fill it with a dark grey. Feather the the selection (select > modify > feather) by 3 and then contract it (select > modify > contract) also by 3. Delete the contents of the selection, and you should be left with something like in image c). |

Make an indent, as you did on the blade, using light grey and black. Next, we're going to create the handle. On an new layer make a reflected gradient, using F7F7F7 for the foreground and 606060 for the background. Drag from the center of the selection to create the gradient. On another new layer create a 2nd gradient, this time using EFEFEF for the foreground and 3F3F3F for the background. |

| Duplicate each gradient so that there are a total of 3 of each of them, and then place them as shown in the image below. With the current background/foreground colors, make a radial gradient on another new layer. Next, go to Part 3 of this Photoshop tutorial., |
