| This is the 2nd part of the Photoshop tutorial to create an electrical wire. Next, zoom back in to 600% and, create an oval selection (image a), and then fill it on a new layer using C4C4C4. Create a smaller, thinner selection, delete the area and then make a selection out of the new ring shape (image c). |

| Contract (select > modify > contract) the selection by 1 pixel, filling it with E3E3E3. Duplicate the layer, setting it to have a color burn blending mode, with 70% opacity. Zoom back out to 100%, make a new path layer and a normal layer. Select the Pen Tool, and create a curve, as shown in image c) |

| Choose 2C5689 for the foreground color and set the brush to 9 pixels, hard. Right click on the path in the path panel, choosing stroke path. Make a selection out of the new curved line, contract and feather it by 2 pixels and then fill the selection with a lighter blue (77B5FE). Zoom in and use the elliptical marquee tool to cut out (layer via cut) the curved line (image c), and then delete the bottom part. |
