| This is the 2nd part of the Photoshop tutorial to create text containing falling stars. Next we're going to create the stars, so choose the shape tool and go to the top. Click on the arrow cirlced in red, which will show the current group of shapes selected. Click on the arrow circled in green, brining down a drop down menu of all the shape groups. Select "shapes" and then choose the 3rd shape from the left. |

| In a new layer set called stars 1a, make a bright blue star and then create a selection using it. Make a new layer below it and then fill it with white. Make a smaller and larger star, creating a border for them both. |

| Duplicate a couple of the blue stars, spreading them out and changing the hue (image > adjustments > hue/saturaion) of some of them. Duplicate the layer set that we put all the stars in and name it "stars 1b". Drag the duplicate layer set up and out of canvas area. You can click image b to se the positioning of the 2nd set of stars, although they won't be visible to you like this. Next go to Text Photoshop Tutorial Part 3 |
