| This is the 3rd part of this Photoshop tutorial, to create a Funky Web Layout, where we'll be creating the clouds. Start off by creating a new group called "clouds" and add a new layer inside it. Use the elliptical marquee tool to create a light blue circle (a), and then create a 2nd one over it (b) |

| Create a 3rd light blue circle, and use the rectangular marquee tool to delete the bottom part (b), |

| Choose the gradient tool (a, i), and set the foreground color to white and the background to light blue. Set the gradient tool to linear gradient (b, i). Make a selection using the cloud shape, and drap from the top of the selection to the bottom, to create a gradient. |
