Step 6.
This is the 3rd part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, make a selection using the path and then fill the new layer, that we created earlier, with black (image a). Move curved blacklayer below the light grey rectangle, from the layers panel, and then move it up to the top, making it sit on top of the grey rectangle. Duplicate the curve layer, reduce it to 20% opacity and then move it to the right, like in image c).

Step 7.
Make another copy, reduce it to 6% and move it to the right. Create several more copies with varying levels of opacity (images b & c)

Step 8.
Next, duplicate one of the curved layers that have an opacity of 100%, make selection using it and then fill it with red (9B1818). Move it down so that the top is visible (image a), and then make a blue (06A0D1) one.
