| This is the 4th part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, we're going to decorate some of the larger black curves. Choose the custom shape tool and select the star, circled in red (image a). Create one using blue (0BC4FF) and make a selection using it. Rasterize it and then contract (select > modify > contract) the selection by 3 pixels. Create a linear gradient using C6F1FF for the foreground and 74DDFF for the background (image c) |

| Duplicate the large star twice and scale one of them to 35%, using the transform tool (edit > transform > scale). Duplicate them a few times (image b) and then merge them all together. Make a selection of the black curve and then use it to cut (layer via cut ) the stars layer into 2. |

| Delete the layer outside of the selected area and then choose the triangle shape, circled in red (image b). Create a dark grey triagle, rasterize it, contract it by 3 pixels and then fill it with yellow (image c). |

| Do the same as we did with the stars (image a) and then create a pink circle shape on another black curve. |
