Step 9.
This is the 3rd part of this Photoshop tutorial. Zooming back out you should have something like in image a). Merge the star layer with the glow, name it "large", duplicate it and then make "large" invisible for now. Name the duplicate "medium" and scale it to 70% using the tranform tool (image b).

Step 10.
Make "medium" invisible and then duplicate large again. Name this new layer small and then scale it down to 30% (image a). You should now have 3 layers of varying size inside the layer set called star 1 (image b).

Step 11 .
Duplicate the layer set and name the new layer set "star 2". Next go to GlitterGraphic Photoshop Tutorial Part 4
