| This is a detailed Photoshop & Image Ready tutorial showing you how to create animated glitter text. |

| Start off by making a new Photoshop document with dimensions of around 300x200. Create some large aqua (8DF6FF) text, using Arial Black/ 150pt /sharp. Make a selection using the text and fill a new layer with dark blue (41707A). |

| Feather (select > feather) the selection by 6 pixels and contract (select > modify > contract) it by 8 pixels. Delete the area that's selected, which will give the text a 3d look. Select the text again, expand (select > modify > expand) the selection by 4 and fill a new layer below with light blue (B3F2FF). |

| Create a new layer set and put the light blue layer inside it. name the layer set noise and then duplicate the light blue layer 3 times (image b). |

| Apply the noise filter (filter > noise > add noise) to all 4 of the light blue layers, using the settings shown when clicking on the image below. Then go to [ Part 2 ] of this Photoshop tutorial. |
