| This is the 2nd part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, make a new layer and then choose 05E7FF for the foreground and E0EBEC for the background. Make a selection using the 1st star shape and then use the gradient tool to create a linear gradient, dargging the distance and direction of the red arrow (image a). Use the Magic Wand Tool to make a selection in the center and then create another linear gradient, using 00B9E7 for the foreground and 15E8FF for the background (image b). Your star should now look like image c). |

| Now we're going to start creating the small sparkling stars. So, make a new layer and then use the rectangular marquee tool to create a 3 pixel wide long line. On the same layer, make a 3 pixel horizontal line, forming a small star. Create a new layer set (from the layers panel), name it "s1" and place the star in it (image c) |
