This tutorial will show you how to create glitter graphics using Photoshop and Image Ready. You can see the result of this tutorial in image below.
Step 1.
To begin with, make a new photoshop document, with dimensions of 150x150 and a dark blue background. Select the Custom Shape Tool and then choose the star outline shape. Create a blue (77DAFF) star (image a) and make a selection using it. Expand (selection >> modify > expand) the selection by 3 and then fill it with 9FD7ED on a new layer.

Choose Bevel and emboss (layer > layer style > bevel and emoboss). applying the settings below.
