Step 1.
To start off, make a new Photoshop document with domensions of 400x400 pixels. Set the foreground color to a light orange/brown (F0C87E) and the background to black. Create some clouds, by going to filter > render > clouds, repeating until you have something simlar to image a). Apply paint daubs (filter > artistic > paint daubs), using the settings shown in image b).
