| First of all, make a new Photoshop document with a black background. Create some large, green (447629) thick text. I've used 150pt BorisBlackBloxx, but you can use any thick font, such as Arial Black. Next, make a selection using the text and then expand (select > modify > expand) it by 10 pixels. Make a new layer below the text and then fill the selection with a darker green (2B4B0D). |

Create 4 sliders set as the following:
location: 38%, color: F0FFDF
location: 56%, color: 7EFF2B
location: 74%, color: 164400
location: 100%, color: 115800 |

| Create another new layer in a new layer set named rings and use the elliptical marquee tool to create a round selection (image c). Next, choose the gradient tool, select "linear gradeint" and then open up the gradient editor. Set the gradient to have 4 pointers with the colors below in image a). Zoom in to 200% and drag the gradient tool, from the center of the selection, the distance and direction of the red arrow. |
