This Photoshop tutorial will show you how to create a honeycomb style text.
Step 1.
First of all make new Photoshop document, with a black background and then create some brown (B47623) large thick text. I've used "BorisBlackBloxx" for this but any thick font, such as Arial Black, will do. Now create a small yellow (F0BD03) hexagon with the custom shape tool. Zoom in to 1200% and then use the elliptical marquee tool to make a selection.

Step 2.
Set the foreground color to a bright yellow (FEF227) and then create a linear gradient (foreground to transparent), on a new layer. Merge the hexagon with the gradient and then go to to <Part 2 >of this Photoshop Tutorial.
