Using the Eliptical Marquee Tool create a selection and then create a new layer |

Fill the selection with grey. |

Contract the selection by 4 pixels by going to the top menu and choosing Select > Modify > Contract. |

Choose the Gradient Tool from the toolbar and then pick the Radial Gradient from the top menu. Select black as the background color (in the toolbar) and light grey as the forground color. |

Create a new layer and then create a radial gradient, by dragging from roughly where the red is to where the green is on the image below |

You should now have a gradient as shown below |

Now select the Custom Shape Tool |

From the top menu, click the arrow pointing down and then choose Symbols. Choose the "i" symbol. |

Pick an aqua type color from the toolbar and then create an "i" symbol. And now you should have created in infomation icon! |
