To start off, create a new Photoshop document with dimensions of about 200x250. Next, create a large deep, orange cirlce at the top, using the elliptical marquee tool. For the inside of the hood, create another circle, as shown in image b). For the face, create a light brown circle, like the one in image c). |

The hood isn't quite finshed so, using the polygonal lasso tool, make a selection like the one in image a) and then fill it with the same light brown color you used before. Next we're going to create the eyes, so create a new layer and another selection with the elliptical marquee tool. |
