| Start off by making a new Photoshop document with dimensions of 260x190. Create some text using 150pt Arial Black or another thick font, using any color. Make a selection using the text (select > load selection) |

| Expand (select > modify > expand) the selection by 5 pixels and fill a new layer, below the text, with a dark grey (454545). |
