| This is the 3rd part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, use the rectangular marquee tool to copy (layer via copy) a section of the top, reflected gradient, into a new layer of it's own. Drag the new copy to the bottom of the content area and duplicate 2 more for the other sections. |

| Create a new layer and zoom in to 400%. Create a white circle at the top of the 1t content area and then create a smaller one on the same layer (image b) |

| Create several other smaller circles on the same layer. Make a selection using the layer and expand (select > modify > expand) it by 2 pixels, filling a layer below with blue (0FB1E6). |

| Expand the selection by a further 3 pixels and fill a new layer below with grey (606060). Merge the 3 layers into 1 and then go to of this Photoshop tutorial. |
