First of all, make a new Photoshop document, with dimensions of 770x600. Create black a rectangle (image a) using the rounded rectangle tool, with a radius of 20. Make a selection, using the rectangular marquee tool, the width of the rounded rectangle. Set the foreground color to dark grey/blue (32393C) and the background color to a lighter tone (485D69). Choose the gradient tool, set it to reflected gradient, and zoom in to 300% magnication. Create a new layer and drag the distance and direction of the red arrow, to create the gradient (image b).

Zooming out to 100%, the gradient should look something like image a). Next, create a new layer and create a selection below the reflection gradient. Set the foreground color to a light aqua (C0FAFF) color and the background to a darker tone. Change the gradient tool to linear and drag the distance and direction of the red arrow (image b), to create another gradient.

Create another linear gradient on the same layer, this time using a darker blue (7AE4F0) for the foreground color and a purple (5E8FAF) for the background. Next, use the polygonal lasso tool to create a selection, for the shape shown in image b). Use a new layer for this and fill the selection with blue (47A3C3)

Duplicate the shape several times, spreading them across the layout, and then merge them all into a single layer. Create a selection, using the gradient layer below it, and use it to cut (layer via cut) the diagonal shapes into a new layer. Delete the layer of the shapes, that's outside of the gradient area (image b).
