| Make a selection using the lighter rectangle and use it to cut (layer via cut) the cirlces and delete the outer area. Then create some smaller cirlces, inside a new layer set, with the 3 tones: 755D34, FDDAAE, F7C568. Merge the layer set into a single, once you've create all the cirlces. |

| Again, use the golden rectangle to cut (layer via cut) the circles into a new layer, and delete the out, overlapping layer. Next create a rounded rectangle fitting it inside the the gap as close as you can (image b). Merge the golden rectangle layer with the large and small cirlcles into a single layer. |
