Step 6.
This is the 2nd part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next we're going to create the spotted header graphic. So, create a golden (E2AA4B) colored rectangle, a few spaces below the diagonal shapes, stretching across the layout and on a new layer. Create a large darker (B4823F) cirlce on another new layer and then create a couple more to the right.

Step 7.
Make a selection using the lighter rectangle and use it to cut (layer via cut) the cirlces and delete the outer area. Then create some smaller cirlces, inside a new layer set, with the 3 tones: 755D34, FDDAAE, F7C568. Merge the layer set into a single, once you've create all the cirlces.

Step 8.
Again, use the golden rectangle to cut (layer via cut) the circles into a new layer, and delete the out, overlapping layer. Next create a rounded rectangle fitting it inside the the gap as close as you can (image b). Merge the golden rectangle layer with the large and small cirlcles into a single layer.

Step 9.
Move the spotted header graphic below the dark grey layer and then use the selection, of the rounded rectangle, to delete a hole in the it. Next, go to part [Part 3]of this Photoshop tutorial.
