Step 10.
This is the 3rd part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, duplicate the spotted header graphic and apply a gaussian blur (filter > blur > gaussian blur) to the duplicate. Make a selection of the layer and contract (select > modify > contract) it by 6 pixels. Set the gradient tool to linear gradient and use the editor to set it to "foreground to transparent". Choosing white for the foreground color, drag down in the selection to create the gradient (image b) on a new layer..

Step 11.
Move the gradient to the top of the spotted graphic and reduce it's opacity to 70%. Next choose the custom shape cirlced in red.

Step 12.
Zoom in to 300% and create a yellow (E9C044) version of the shape. Create a small, light blue (7DB7F7) circle in the center of the shape, on a new layer.

Step 13.
On another new layer, create a grey oval, using the elliptical marquee tool. Contract (select > modify > contract) the selection by 1 pixel and delete the area.

Step 14.
Rotate the oval by around 50 degrees, duplicate it and flip it horizontally (edit > transform > flip horizontal). Next go to [Part 4]of this Photoshop tutorial.
