| This is the 4th part of the tutorial to create modern portolfio layout, where we'll now create the funky header circles. First of all create a new group (layer set) called 'spot', and new layer inside of it. Select the elliptical marquee tool and then use it to create a white cirlce. |
| |
| |
| Contract (select > modify > contract) the selection by 5 pixels and fill a new layer with peach (FEDEC8). Contract the selection by a further 5 pixels and then delete the selected area. |
| |
| |
| Make a circle within the peach colored ring, and then fill it with red/orange (D5691E). |
| |
| Merge the 'spot' group (layer set) into a single layer |
| |
| Create another new group called 'spot', place the merged spot layer into it and then duplicate the layer. |
| |
| Use the transform tool (edit > transform) to resize the duplicate to 65%. |
| Make a few more duplicates, using the transform tool to resize them, as shown below. |
