Start off by making a new photoshop document with dimensions of 740x47. Then create a linear gradient using 22343A for the foreground and 2D4C56 for the background. Choose the rounded rectangle tool, set the radius to 15 and create a rectangle. Rasterize the rectangle, by right clicking on it in the layers panel. Make a selection using the rectangle and then make a linear gradient using D26D57 for the foreground and 7B4633 for the background. Next we're going to create the menu buttons. So, set the radius of the rounded rectangle tool to 10 and create a rectangle below the one you just created.

Next use the rectangular marquee to cut (lay via cut) the rectangle into 2. Make a selection out of the top l layer and then create a subtle gradient using 4E585C for the foregound and 5B666B for the background. Use a rectangular selection to chop delete the rounded part of the bottom layer, as shown in image c).
