| First of all make a new Photoshop document, with dimensions of 520x 200 and a black background. Use the rounded rectangle tool to create a dark blue rectangle witha radius of 15. |

| Apply the pattern overlay layer style (layer > layer style > pattern overlay), and click on the long button with an arrow (a), which will show the currently loaded textures. To load a different set of textures, click on the small arrow button (b) |

| Choose the "Natural Patterns" (a), and then the "ivy leaves" texture (b) |

| Change the opacity to 50% |

| Add some text using the setting shown below, or use another thick font. |

| Make a selection (select > load selection) using the text and create a new layer below it. |
