| First of all make a new Photoshop document, with dimensions of 260x190 and a black background.Choose the custom shape tool (a) and then click on the drop down at the top (b) |

| Choose "flower 1" (a) and then create the shape on the canvas (b). |

| Next apply the pattern overlay layer style (layer > layer style > pattern overlay) to the shape. Click the drop down circled in red (a) and then the small arrow (b) |

| Choose "Rock Patterns" (a), and then the "gravel" texture (b) |

|
|
| The shape shoould now have the gravel texture, but we want many of them, so duplicate the shape several times. |
