Create a new canvas with 150 width and 250 height . Select the pencil tool . |
Adjust the brush diameter to1 pixel in size . |

First zoom in to 500%. We're going to be creating the outline of the entire character first, and then we can add color to the character, which is the easy part. Start off by creating the head outline - it's easier to make everythin in proportion this way. Create the lower part first, add some ears and then add the top part. |

Now, it's time to create the body. Start with the shoulders, gradually working your way down, making the hands. Add an outline of the dress near the neck. |

Finish creating the body by adding some diagonal lines for the dress. For the top part of hair add some random balack lines and then color it in. Feel free to make a different style of hair. At the bottom i've made it point outwards, but you can easily change it to curl upwards of just flow straigh down. |

Nearly done now! Color the face in and then add some eyes, a tiny nose and a mouth. Next, color the dress in, with whatever you like. |
