| This is the 3rd part of the Photoshop tutorial to create trendy portfolio layout. Next, use the rounded rectangle tool to create a light blue (F1F9FB) rectangle (image a). Create a thin rectangle behind the buttons using 244F56 for the color. The rectangle should cover all the circles (image b). Zoom in to 600% magnification and the create an aqua colored diagonal line, using the pencil tool on a new layer. |

| Duplicate the line many times, spreading them across the entire layout. Zooming out you should have something like in image b). Next make a rectangular selection over the light blue content box, and then choose layer via copy. |
